Journey Home

Hustling and bustling through the wet and windy busy roads, l'm trying to catch up with my next ride home. I get to the train station lost for which coach to board. They were filled to the nines.
Finally, l found a seat and was suddenly glad l never took the supposed faster route. Which meant l would overtake only to be overtaken again. Two minutes and the train departed from the terminus.
So here l am on an incredibly quiet trip home with an eight coach train, mine being the last, full of tired, minded busy people looking towards a meal perhaps and a quiet night kip.

IT IS TIME

O ya Oh ! People
O ya Gbo Gbo eniyan

The land is ready
The tools are waiting

The seeds are calling
They are ready

O ya Oh! People
O ya Gbo Gbo Eniyan

From the sea to the shore
From the shore to the trees

We make a clearing
We make a clearing

For the seeds
And for the tools

We raise an army
Yes an army
We raise a mighty army

Of Men
Of Women
Of their abled body children

Its time to take
The land
From the void

Its time
To fulfill
The prophecy

Its time
To cleanse
The land.
